Fresh air & Pancake Carlton

The second Fresh Air & Pancake store is located in Carlton, Melbourne. Our scope included town planning services and the redesign of the shopfront, with a strong focus on delivering the outcome within the client’s budget.

Adopting a restrained, minimalist approach, the design prioritises clear composition, considered colour balance, and a refined “soft fit” palette. Rather than introducing multiple feature elements, the scheme is intentionally edited—selecting a single key highlight to provide identity and focus, while keeping the overall fit-out clean, efficient, and cost-effective.
