Bio Carna – Lifespace Group

Biocarna, a well-known pharmaceutical company based in Shanghai, has appointed s2dio-X as Architect to deliver the full design and documentation of its new Australian headquarters in Clayton, Victoria.

The brief called for the conversion of a large industrial warehouse site into a state-of-the-art cleanroom production facility and headquarters office, accommodating approximately 160 staff members.

This is the second stage of the project, Our scope of work includes:

• Upgrading the existing office façade to reflect a contemporary and professional identity.
• Designing a two-storey headquarters office, integrating functionality with a modern workplace environment.

The total project cost is estimated at AUD 7–8 million, reflecting Biocarna’s significant investment in establishing a strong presence in Australia and advancing its global operations.
