Lone Star Rib House Westfield Knox

We were commissioned to deliver the design and documentation for the front-of-house areas. The design approach carries forward Lone Star’s original concept—translating a Western, cowboy-inspired identity into an Australian hospitality setting through a materially rich and robust architectural expression.

The interior is articulated with a deliberately rugged palette, comprising Corten steel, solid recycled timber, and rustic brick cladding. These honest, tactile materials are layered to create warmth, texture, and patina, reinforcing a sense of authenticity while ensuring durability and longevity within a high-traffic dining environment.
