The brief is called to design and documentation to convert an existing language tuition center into an Ielts Test Center in the CBD of Melbourne.

The Client required the space to be converted to suit the needs of the Ielts Test center, such as to have a big welcoming and relax waiting lounge area, a big computer room for Online test, and four individual rooms for oral test.

The layout is carefully designed and approved by the official Ielts department to ensure that we full fill all necessary requirements.
