Regus Office Spaces

Regus™ Office Space is the largest network of offices and shared workspaces across Australia and worldwide. The brief was to develop a subdivision proposal for their newly leased 2,000m² office site, tailored to Regus’ operational needs and flexible workspace model. Working within the client’s international design guidelines, we planned and documented a highly efficient layout that delivers 64 private offices in a range of sizes, four shared meeting rooms, a communal kitchenette, and a generous hot-desk zone to support both short-stay and long-term members. The final arrangement balances capacity, circulation, acoustics, and amenity—creating a cohesive, scalable workplace environment aligned with the Regus brand experience.
