The brief was to translate a Korean buffet-style BBQ restaurant concept into a full set of construction drawings, ensuring compliance with the NCC and relevant Australian Standards. Our scope included detailed design development and documentation across architectural, interior, and coordination packages, with particular focus on kitchen/BBQ ventilation, fire safety, egress, accessibility, and buildability. We worked closely with the structural engineer throughout the process to resolve key interface details and ensure the Korean-style façade design could be delivered realistically on site—balancing the intended aesthetic with structural requirements, materials, and installation constraints.
