Woo399 is a self-serve, table-cooking BBQ venue with a retail-led operating model. There is no traditional ordering system or menu; instead, customers begin at the front-of-house retail zone to select their preferred cuts, pay in advance, and then either take the products home or proceed to dine in and cook at the table.

The design concept is anchored by “fire”—the essential element of BBQ—and translates this idea into an industrial loft aesthetic with an emphasis on warmth and atmosphere. Exposed, robust finishes establish a utilitarian backdrop, while layered ambient lighting is used to evoke the glow of embers, soften the industrial palette, and create a welcoming, high-energy dining environment.
