1915 Beef Noodles, originally founded in Lanzhou, has expanded across Australia after first establishing in Sydney and now arriving in Melbourne.

s2dio-X is proud to be appointed as the Architect for the new 1915 kiosk at Emporium Melbourne. The design intention is to create a strong visual identity by blending modern architectural expression with traditional Chinese architectural elements.

The kiosk design stands out through the bold use of China’s iconic red column, paired with warm timber finishes and dark grey tiles. This combination strikes a balance between cultural authenticity and contemporary style, ensuring the brand presence is both distinctive and inviting within one of Melbourne’s premier retail destinations.
