Alleyway Kitchen UNSW

The brief involved the design and documentation of a new food kiosk at UNSW. A key project constraint was the requirement to retain the existing front counter façade and the existing gantry structure, integrating these elements into the new scheme while applying the client’s nominated theme colours.

Within these parameters, the kiosk was developed with a modern, youthful Chinese design direction—using clean forms, contemporary finishes, curved bulkhead, LED ambient lights and clear branding to suit the university setting and appeal to a student-focused customer base.
