Boil Boil Pot reinterprets the traditional hotpot dining experience through a contemporary “sushi-train” inspired concept, where ingredients are continuously circulated along custom conveyor dining counters to create a more interactive and efficient buffet experience.

Designed as a modern Asian restaurant, the space balances warmth, functionality, and strong visual rhythm through the use of timber finishes, illuminated stone feature walls, and custom linear pendant lighting that echoes the movement and flow of the conveyor system below. The lighting installation becomes a defining architectural gesture, reinforcing the dynamic dining experience while visually extending the length of the space.

Targeted towards individuals and smaller social groups, the seating layout encourages side-by-side dining in a casual and highly social environment. The result is a contemporary hospitality space that transforms traditional hotpot culture into a more engaging, streamlined, and community-focused experience.
