The brief involved the design and documentation of a dual-brand kiosk at Southern Cross Station, integrating GFC and Cotti Coffee within a single tenancy.

Both brands share a consolidated back-of-house for storage, services, and preparation, while maintaining separate front-of-house sales counters to support distinct product offerings and customer flows. The layout is planned to ensure clear brand legibility, efficient staff operation within a compact footprint, and effective service performance in a high-traffic transport environment.
