The brief is to merge three vacant retail tenancies into a single market store and provide full design and documentation. The proposed store will serve the local community with a combined offering of grocery retail, butcher/meat sales, and fresh fruit and vegetables.

The layout will be planned to provide clear zoning, efficient back-of-house support, and straightforward customer circulation. A dedicated counter is also included as a hot-food service area, allowing on-site preparation and sale of ready-to-eat items such as dumplings and springrolls.
