Lee and Wei’s Residence

A compact townhouse project developed for a private client. The brief proposes the demolition of the existing single-storey dwelling and the construction of a new two-storey home for a couple with three children.

The design intent is contemporary yet understated—an architecture that sits quietly within its context rather than presenting as overtly luxurious. The focus is on enduring functionality, efficient planning, and thoughtful spatial comfort, ensuring the home responds to the family’s needs and remains adaptable for the next two decades.
