The brief involved supporting a specialist laboratory team to develop and document a 2,600 m² cleanroom facility within an existing large warehouse. The scope included assessing and facilitating a change of use/building classification, coordinating the compliance pathway, and interpreting the relevant TGA requirements to inform planning, layout, and technical documentation.
