Pop Mart Westfield Syd

Our first POP MART Sydney store project is located at Westfield Sydney, directly opposite the Microsoft Store. Our scope included liaising with the Retail Design Manager (RDM) to secure landlord approval, coordinating the tender process, and managing CDC applications. Throughout construction, we conducted frequent site inspections to ensure smooth delivery and to support POP MART’s grand opening in line with the proposed schedule.
