Starmoon Dance studio

The brief involved a change of use of an existing warehouse/showroom building into a dance studio, with our scope covering both town planning and building permit services.

Unlike a typical conversion that seeks to maximise floor area, this project required a reduction in existing floor space. Approximately two-thirds of the mezzanine level was proposed for removal to create a large double-height volume, providing an appropriately scaled and functional studio environment within the building envelope.
